MS: Task Manager Disabled

I fixed the issue of Task Manager disabled in Windows 2003 running Citrix with following steps:

Start > Run, Type "gpedit.msc", then go User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl + Alt + Del Options.
Set Remove Task Manager to Disabled.
